Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be returned, which means we cannot provide refunds once the download link has been generated or sent to your email.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While all sales are final, we want you to have a positive experience. We will consider refund requests or product replacements only under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact us within 48 hours with both order numbers for a refund on the duplicate transaction.

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
